Return Procedure

Once you’ve gotten in touch with us, we’ll guide you on your way for a replacement item or refund.

Please note that:

- All watch returns come with a restocking fee ($30).

- Watches must be shipped to China and paid for by the customer, and a tracking number must be obtained. Once we have received a tracking number, we’ll ensure that the package makes its way back to us – it’s guaranteed.

- There is a 2-week (14 day) period from the time of receiving the original watch shipment in which all quality inquiries must be made.
