All delivery's are fully guaranteed. If there is a problem with our delivery to you, we will reship at our expense.

To track your package, take note of the tracking number you receive from us. IF your tracking number is preceded by the letters M or V, you package is being shipped via UPS. You can track UPS packages at www.ups.com If your tracking number is preceded by EA, then you package is being shipped by EMS.
